Sales Marketing and Business Development Position

Orcalight is a young company with huge potential and a highly prestigious pedigree.

An opportunity exists for a multi-skilled sales exec.

Specifically we are looking to recruit a full time in house sales person with inherent knowledge, background and contacts from within the marine environment, ideally you will be a diver, have experience with lighting products and requirements for harsh environments and have experience with direct sales generation, marketing and business development.

Your primary role is to generate sales, provide marketing advice and material where possible and develop new market sectors for our world class products through business development techniques to work with and ally Orcalight to existing suppliers/manufacturers within their own sectors.

Our products have huge potential for virtually any marine or harsh environment requiring high specifications; your opportunities and potential markets are huge and untouched. Our in house direct engineering and development is ideally suited to provide you the products your clients need and want.

This role has huge potential for the right candidate and provides an opportunity to shape, design and develop a bespoke sales department which is tailored to supply varying sectors as they grow.

For the right candidate the role eventually offers a management position.

You will need to be local to the North East and willing to travel/work unsociable hours if required but above all recognize this is a committed role with long term rewards to be part of a growing business.

The business benefits from a well gelled family type team in a non competitive but supportive environment working together to shape a future.

We put great stock and emphasis in keeping the atmosphere friendly, nurturing and supportive, so please only apply if you can treat and support others the way you wish to be.
